lyrics
SO LUCKY
How did we get so lucky?
All of my stars fell in line
We flicked through
All of the faces
Broke all of the rules and
Somehow it all turned out right
How did we get so lucky?
With a story so easy to write
I fell from your sketchbook
Brought colour to life and
I sang you into my song
With all of the players
Fishing for fools
With all of the benders
Breaking the rules
All of the cynics
Keeping their cool
And all of the liars
I’m falling for truth
I was holding on for you
I was holding on…
I’ve never felt so happy
Life was a fog till you came
I met the whole line up
There were none tried and true
None with the flame in their eyes
And I do’nt know bout
Some old saying
But I don’t want anyone else
Only you
With all of the players
Fishing for fools
With all of the benders
Breaking the rules
All of the cynics
Keeping their cool
And all of the liars
I’m falling for truth
With all of the players
Fishing for fools
With all of the benders
Breaking the rules
All of the cynics
Keeping their cool
And all of the liars
I’m falling for truth
I was holding on for you
I was holding on for you… you yeh!
I was holding on… for truth… for truth
