about
You Think You Know Me is an intense and upbeat, genre crossing tune that speaks of grappling with destructive parental relationships that are unsupportive of their children’s identity going into adulthood.
The song was recorded in collaboration with Keaton Tait a Melbourne based musician with a talent for funk bass, Markus Peter Holden, a master on the fiddle and Martin Eley who helped produce the track.
Biography:
PASCKO is a musician from Sydney, Australia. The current line-up of his band is Pasko Schravemade (vocals, keys), Terrance Alexander Maxwell (drums), Nic Malouf (guitar), Yiss Mill (percussion) and Esther Laub (backing vocals).
PASCKO’s new single YTYKM pulls from his cache of original songs and it nods to R & B, Motown, Funk and Universal Soul. This might be attributable to PASCKO's history performing songs by American artists such as Marvin Gaye, Stevie Wonder, Lionel Richie, Ray Charles and Rufus Wainwright at bars, pubs, festivals and cruise ships.
Away from the stage, PASCKO is a producer for Club Weld, an innovative studio for musicians on the autism spectrum. Club Weld has already released three acclaimed compilations, and recently embarked on a collaboration with video artists from western Sydney.
